Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Approval & Labeling
Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened products in their original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
